Data Collection

You can configure markets and source groups. Kaizen handles the rest.
AI Parsing
Each opportunity is analyzed by AI to pull the details you need: lead type, seller intent, contact info, property facts, and location.
Posts that don't meet actionability criteria (low intent, no contact info, wrong lead type) are automatically flagged and hidden from the default view.
Lead Classification
The AI classifies every post into a lead type. Tier 1 types (direct owners, FSBO, off-market) score highest. Rentals, buyer posts, and vendor spam are auto-filtered.
You see what matters. The noise is removed automatically.
Dashboard
Kaizen's dashboard gives you a sortable, filterable view of every lead. Rank by score, filter by type or status, and export to CSV for your outreach workflow.
Unactionable leads are hidden by default but available if you want to review what was filtered and why.
Enrichment (Optional)
When enabled, Kaizen attempts to match leads to Zillow listings and pulls in list price, Zestimate, and a direct Zillow URL. This runs on a best-effort basis and may hit CAPTCHA limits.
Enrichment is optional and runs separately from the main lead workflow.
